For various strategic and logistic reasons, TMSS decided to transfer the shares of TSH to a group in Abudhabi and to concentrate on its wholly-owned subsidiary company TIHS and the hospital run by it viz SUT Royal Hospital. In addition, TMSS has now two smaller projects directly under it namely SUT Royal M&B Hospital and SUT Royal Preventive Clinic, Kowdiar. Now TIHS Ltd proposes to make certain specific expansions and up-gradations of the existing facilities in SUT Royal Hospital.
