1.Entrance/ Front view
A beautiful landscaped architectural marvel welcomes you with 3 big gates. The main Central entry, 4 wheeler in and 4 wheeler out. A vibrant amphitheatre with nature’s scent and colourful flowers makes up a perfect place for Photoshoots, Kitty parties, Get together and any celebrations with water too! The centre area catches attention from all directions. This beautiful place is accompanied by fountains and The seating capacity is 75. The huge mahal has a special entrance for both halls.
2. Lobby
Entering the lobby, you can see astonishing sights of the whole Mandapam. Lord Rajaganapathy from his marble temple, welcomes us and makes the place more powerful and blessed, making every occasion a memorable one. Fancy lighting from the ceiling gives a very rich and aesthetic view. The Lobby hall is filled with air blowers and has a LED to connect with the main halls. A very special Technology for homam is built in the lobby and it is perfect for all grand homams like sastiarthapoorthi. A holy bath area is located in the lobby for theerthabisekams with a water facility. The Lobby area is suitable for small functions like baby showers and engagements which can accommodate 150 to 200 people.
3. The Royal Aishwaryam Hall
This huge hall has two entrances and is the biggest hall here. Its carved elegant false ceiling is decorated with chandeliers and lights. The size of this hall is 97*80 and the seating capacity is 1100. A huge stage of size 70”*25” is specially designed with one side ramp and another side with stairs. The special marble flooring makes the place look rich even without decor. High-quality cushioned chairs are provided. This hall is surrounded by a world-class crystal clear sound system of Bose Edgemax Speaker. The two big LED screens of size 12*8 feet give a clear vision of the entire celebration. Two suit rooms are specially built very near to the stage for both bride and groom’s family.
4. Bride and Groom Rooms
Two suit rooms are specially built very near to the stage for both bride and groom’s family. The suits come along with a visitor room with a separate door and bed. Both rooms have separate restrooms. Both suits have safety lockers to keep the valuables safe and confident. First time ever, there is a special makeup room for the bride to enjoy her bridal makeup shoots. The bride’s room has 2 full-sized mirrors.
5. Dormitory
Every function and special occasion is made beautiful by our well-wishers and relatives. There are 2 dormitories specially built for an utmost comfortable stay for the guests. In each dormitory, 15 people can stay, and there are 4 restrooms in each room. Sofas convertible to beds are provided. A wardrobe is also provided for a spacious stay. Altogether these rooms and facilities create memorable experiences.
6. The Grand Akshayam Hall
An Elegant Hall with a rich ambience filled with attractive chandeliers and lighting. The seating capacity of this hall is 550. There is a big LED wall of size 12*8 feet for better views of the functions. This hall is fully air-conditioned and has the Bose Edgemax speakers. It comes with cushion chairs and provides a seating capacity of 175 people in the preserve. This hall can also be used for dining, it is designed with live counters to have hot dosas and rotis.
7. Dining Hall
A Spacious dining hall where 350 people can be served at a time. Live counters and special utensils for dosa, roti, panniyaram are arranged. Extra space for ice cream and beeda stalls is available. The hand wash area is located with adequate facilities.
8. Parking
Basement parking space is available to park more than 150+ cars and additional parking space for 450 cars. The entry to the basement and exit are located separately to avoid any blocks. Two lifts are present to move conveniently from floor to floor along with a staircase. In total there are more than 100 cameras present for the security and safety of the premises.
